Shipping & Returns

Cutting EDGE currently ships only within India. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. 
Depending on the product(s) being purchased, your order will be delivered via our partnering Courier Services via surface cargo (smaller items will be shipped parcel) or a common truck carrier (for larger items). 

Your order may be shipped from one or more of our warehouses for faster service. You can expect to receive a shipment confirmation email, complete with tracking information, when your purchase has left our warehouse. 

Expect delivery to arrive within 7-10 business days. For larger items, our common truck carriers will use the Delivery Contact Number provided by you during the Checkout process to schedule a delivery appointment, if required.

Most items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund (freight costs not included). Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. Please retain your return tracking information. Cutting EDGE will NOT be liable for items that are lost in transit or not returned to the proper address. 

Items Returned under Warranty
Items that have been returned due to any manufacturing defect or damaged during regular approved use as per Cutting EDGE usage guidelines, will be promptly replaced without any charge within 7 days of receipt of the defective item(s). 
However, if the products are found to have been damaged either through the customers negligence, misuse, or usage outside of the recommended usage guidelines of the product, or where specific instructions on Product use have not been followed, neglected, or ignored, Cutting EDGE would not be liable to replace the same, or would make any such replacements to the customer on a paid-for basis. 

Important note: Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by the shipper or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
